Passion. Beauty. Power. Desire.

These words describe the music you are about to hear. Celebrating the most iconic, most beautiful, most passionate, and the most powerful music on 42nd Street - Mansfield Entertainment presents a new intimate cabaret-style concert: "The Music of Broadway".

Be enchanted by featured singer Laura Murphy and her soaring voice. She is the star of "Mamma Mia!" (2017), "We Will Rock You" (2018), "Cinderella: A Magical Panto!" (2018), and "Evil Dead: The Musical" (2019 - Oshawa's Longest Running Musical). Now, you get to experience this endearing, powerful performer up, close, and personal. Catch her in this intimate solo performance, bringing exuberant life to the best of Broadway!

Accompanying Laura, will be accomplished musician, Miguel Esteban, on the grand piano. Both performers will take us on a trip through time and space as the notes of Broadway reverberate through the hall! Laura will be joined onstage by producer, Zac Mansfield, to duet on two songs.

With showstoppers like "Suddenly Seymour", "The Sound of Music", "Journey To The Past", "Somewhere Over The Rainbow", "Somewhere That's Green",  "A New Life", and plenty more - this is an evening of music like you've never experienced before.

ABOUT THE LEGACY OF HOPE FOUNDATION: They are a national Indigenous charitable organization with the mandate to educate and create awareness and understanding about the Residential School System, including the intergenerational impacts such as the removal of generations of Indigenous children from their families, including the Sixties Scoop, the post-traumatic stress disorders that many First Nations, Inuit, and Metis continue to experience, all while trying to address racism, foster empathy and understanding and inspire action to improve the situation of Indigenous Peoples today. The LHF supports the ongoing healing process of Residential School Survivors, and their families and seeks their input on projects that honour them.
